Crystal Yoga with Becky
Come on over to the screened in porch at Van Rensselaer’s Restaurant in South Wellfleet to start your Mondays off right! 100% of the proceeds from this class will go directly to Wild Care Cape Cod, a local non-profit that rescues and heals injured and orphaned native wildlife, eventually releasing them back to mother nature. The suggested donation is $11, but any little bit will help this amazing organization! Come help support the animals living in our backyard! (Or are we in their backyard?) Becky will guide you through a fun, empowering asana featuring crystals, essential oils, and guided visualization. Bring a towel or blanket, water for hydration, and a mat (a few extra mats will be provided; first come, first serve.) See you there! Van Rensselaer’s Restaurant is located at 1019 State Hwy Route 6, in South Wellfleet, directly across from the entrance to Marconi Beach Road. If you get lost, or are running late, please text Becky at 774-487-2356.
