
Mysterious Gannet Deaths on Cape Cod’s Shores Prompts Further Investigation
13 June 2017 – EASTHAM – An unusual number of Northern Gannets are washing up on the shores of Cape Cod with mysterious illness. Seemingly healthy birds are presenting with peculiar neurological symptoms. Wild Care of Cape Cod took in 23 gannets in an attempt to rehabilitate and pinpoint what’s causing the fatal sickness.
