Rain Date! Wild Care Will Now Host the Baby Shower for Wildlife on Sunday, June 18th in Eastham

We’ve been watching the weather for Saturday, and while we are happy that the flowers will be getting the rain, it looks like a wash-out. We’ve decided to host the Wildlife Baby Shower on Sunday, June 18th from 11am til 2pm. All of the Animal Ambassadors, talks, crafts and more will be there. Bring the kids, grandkids, dad, and grandpa too for some family fun on Father’s Day! We hope you can join us on Sunday!

Join the party with Wild Care as we celebrate the precious animal babies cared for at our wildlife rescue clinic. Activities include educational presentations with our Animal Ambassadors, guided tours of a few of our outdoor enclosures, and a peek inside our clinic window to see some of our baby animal patients. There will be information on pollinator gardens, and guests will have the opportunity to plant a few seeds, and take home seedlings to start their own native plant garden. There will be children’s crafts and activities, yummy vegan cupcakes, party favors, and the coolest ice cream truck around – “Good Times” will sell ice cream from 11:00 til 12:30.

Admission to this fun event is free to attend. Gifts from Wild Care’s Baby Shower Wish List (below) are greatly appreciated, and guests bringing a gift will be entered to win a Wild Care gift basket filled with surprises including a full day kayak rental for 4 people.
